Directions :
Loading Phase - Adult : 2 capsules twice daily with a meal for 5 days. Thereafter 1 capsule twice daily with a meal. Reduce to 1 capsule daily with a meal when symptoms subside.
Children : Not suitable.
HYDRATE : DRINK 2 - 3 LITRES OF WATER PER DAY.
DO NOT TAKE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
DO NOT EXCEED 4 CAPSULES PER DAY.
